"I had the privilege of working with Michelle to change the process and the culture of our IT department and our billion-dollar business during a most rewarding three-year period. This was one of the more enjoyable and satisfying times in my career because Michelle helped bring organization and order to all the things I had learned and believed in throughout the years and the results were astonishing. With our shared core set of business centric ideas, common sense logic, beliefs and customer service ethic; Michelle formalized our policies, procedures and methodology. She sold the new way of doing things to our IT employees and business units; and trained everyone to full implementation.
